UltraPlex Autoimmune :
UltraPlex ANA
A 10-plex assay for anti-nuclear antibodies, combining a quantitative assay for dsDNA with qualitative tests for the presence of autoantibodies against 8 different common extractable nuclear autoantigens.
The panel of autoantigens comprises: SSA, SSB, scl-70, Jo-1, Sm, SmRNP, RNP70 and centromere B, as well as dsDNA. As a result, this product can be used as a screening tool (to replace indirect immunofluoresence as well as separate ELISA assays for each of the component antigens in the panel).
Another advantage of multiplex technology is the inclusion of the Qmax zero contol microparticles in every assay. These microparticles lack antigen coating, and serve as an important control for non-specific antibody binding which can lead to false positive results in conventional ELISA assays.
UltraPlex ANA is not just fast and easy-to-use. It is also reproducible (CVar 4-12% for the component assays) and equals or out-performs the leading ELISA assays in direct comparisons in large clinical cohorts.
But dont take our word for it: try it and see...
