SmartDecode

SmartDecode is our powerful, custom software package for reading assays multiplexed using UltraPlex™.

SmartDecode powers our SmartReader medium-throughput plate reader, but it can also accept image data from third-party image capture platforms - please contact us for details.

Each image is scanned for isolated microparticles, and the fluoresence associated with each code is recorded and averaged. The data is then exported to all major LIMS systems, or in Excel format for manual analysis. Custom output filters are also available. Handling the large amounts of data multiplexed assays can generate has never been easier.

SmartDecode is easy-to-use, fast (it decodes image data in real time) and powerful. It automatically generates multi-layered reports so you can examine as much of the raw data as you want. Robust error alerting (for low particle counts, for example) ensures the highest quality data. Every time.
